You can always search on eBay and Etsy using 'ACEO' (Art Cards, Editions & Originals) for work by many different artists.
ACEO art is ALWAYS 2.5x3.5" if it is NOT this size, then it is not ACEO.

If you love small format art, you may like to visit the website and search on SFA (Small Format Art)
on eBay and Etsy, to find art that is no larger than 14".
